1. Regularly check whether the wiring of each part of the inverter is firm and whether there is any looseness. Carefully check the fans, power modules, input and output terminals and grounding.
2. If the alarm is stopped, it cannot be run immediately. The cause should be found out and repaired before operation. The inspection should strictly follow the procedures specified in the inverter maintenance manual.
3. Operators must pass training to ensure and eliminate the causes of general failures, such as skilled replacement of fuses, components, damaged boards, etc. Untrained personnel should not work on the equipment.
4. If the cause of the accident is unknown, the incident should be recorded in detail, and the inverter manufacturer should be informed in time to communicate and negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem.
